WASTE CONTAINER

Mounted on a self supporting structure, nominal volume approx. 10 mc, bottom and walls of
stainless steel AISI 304, frame of steel Fe UNI 7070-72; hydraulic control of lifting; tilting
and rear takeoff door, with separate operator's remote control panel and cable extension.

    Discharge height approx. 1000 mm.

An hydraulic multiphase double-cylinder is fitted on the frame to tilt the waste container by
    approx. 50°.

Tilting is controlled from the switchboard in the driver's cabin. The container door is fitted with
a drain cock to discharge antifreeze liquids or residual water.

Mechanical locking device of the caisson/container in the upper position to allow safe access
to auxiliary motor and mechanical components for repair and maintenance.

The filtering grate is opened/closed by means of an automatically controlled pneumatic
cylinder, allowing quick and easy cleaning.

TURBINE

Suction turbine is driven by hydraulically motor and equipped with
    wear-free steel propeller.

WEAR-FREE STEEL PROPELLER WITH SUCTION CONE AND STEEL CASE
    OF Fe510

    MAX SPEED = 70.000 M3/H, PT.1165,PST ASP=1000 mm H20

EFFICIENTY 81%,RPM 2200, KW ASS 141, MADE OF STEEL TH.5,
    WEAR-FREE TYPE CREUSABRO, CERTIFIED

AIR RETURN BEHIND THE BARRIEL WITH BLOWING INTAKES AND
    SUCTION/BLOWING TROLLEY RECLAIM SYSTEM

MAXIMUM PRESSURE VALVES SET AT 420 BAR WITH RELIEF ADJUSTED
    AT 390 BAR

Measurable air flow through the turbine is between 36.000 and 40.000
mc/h and depression is 1000 mm water column, by room temperature
of 20° C and normal atmospheric pressure

Turbine exhaust air is returned dust free to the outside, passage
through filtering systems is not required

Intake air discharge is fitted at the rear of the vehicle Turbine

HYDRAULIC MOTOR
Hydraulic motor with wash valve, driven by high pressure hydraulic pump with axial pistons and electric proportional control.

HYDRAULIC MOTOR PUMP
Hydraulic pump, jerk-free though flexible coupling, for maximum torque of 1800 Nm at 3600 rpm.

HYDRAULIC PUMP ENDOTHERMIC MOTOR
Mercedes Benz OM906LA motor, 6 cylinders, cubic capacity 6670 cc, turbo intercooler air-air 97/68EC PHASE 3 A /EUROMOT 3 A / EPA3. Power 190 kW at 2200 rpm /1000 Nm at 1200 rpm.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Hydraulic oil sump with in-built intake and outtake filters, suitable for
the specific function.
Hydraulic oil is cooled by means of an oil-air heat exchanger type APL2/494, air delivery 5600 mc/h, oil flow 80 l/min, exchange power
41 kW.
All maintenance operations on motor and hydraulic system can be carry out quickly as components are easily accessible. Brushes driving system includes a hydraulic pump, hydraulic motors for the different applications and oil tank with relevant heat exchanger and return flow filter.

BLOWING SYSTEM
Set of two blowing heads, mounted behind the rear axle. Left and right orientation of air flow is hydro-pneumatically controlled from the driver's cabin. Blowing heads can quickly remove weeds, sand, debris, snow and other waste from the runways.

DUST LAYING SYSTEM
Water is delivered and nebulized through suitable nozzles into the dirt
conveying ducts to moisten the waste.
Dust will be consequently avoided, without wetting the ground and
formation of mud. Water amount can be adjusted both at the front and rear of the vehicle; an additional spraying nozzle line can be mounted upon resquest.

CONTROLS AND MAIN FUNCTIONS
The auxiliary motor monitoring instruments as well as the instruments
for the control of all operating groups allow immediate control and easy interpretation, as they are positioned following logical sequences into an illuminated and ergonomically designed control panel. Switches are fitted with pilot lamps signalling the position of the sweeping device and of the dirt collecting group.
At the rear right side is fitted a multiple socket to connect the auxiliary control panel to tilt and unload the waste container and opening/closing the door.
All functions, except unloading - tilting, are monitored from the centralized control panel. The solenoid control valves are easily accessible for maintenance and checks. The vehicle's centralized control panel in the driver's cabin in compliance with ISO 2575/82 standards.
